Forfeit?

Guys,

If the team can only field 2 1/2 players, should we just forfeit the game?

I would like to help but my wife had breast cancer surgery in August and Lung cancer surgery in September, just got her home yesterday. I have no idea what the next few months will hold.

Hi Don,

So sorry to hear that your better half is under the weather.

Glad that she's home and on the mend.

Hi Kids,

I've received the confirmation from Doug Jarvis today.

Narrow Gauge Madness will be occupying 2 tables at the Christmas Train Show next weekend.

It'll be me and Crusty Crouton.  I haven't heard from Stew to confirm if he'll be there, but I'm hoping...

I hope to see many of you come by and pay us a visit.

I've got a ream of Flyers for the Sixth Annual Ontario Narrow Gauge Show printed.   Please pick some up and deposit them at your local Hobby Shops and Clubs.

Thanks, tingoat!

Here are two pix I took of our illustrious mad narrow gaugers at the Train Show.  I also featured these pictures on our TRHA bLog .. see http://torontorha.blogspot.com/2010/11/christmas-train-show-part-3-grand-tour.html

members of a group called the Southern Ontario Rust Belt Builders (SORBB) who annually host a spring train show in Schomberg, Ontario called "Narrow Gauge Madness"

Hi Russ,

Ugh!  Don't circulate that picture too widely.  I look like Chrétien talking out of de side of my mout like dat!

Correction:
The affliction is Narrow Gauge Madness....
The Group is called the "Narrow Gauge Madness Gang".
The Show is called the "Ontario Narrow Gauge Show" which is often referred to as "Schomberg", as it is the location of the show...
And
The Southern Ontario Rust Belt Builders (SORBB) is another separate but related entity.
